Hello my name is Tony owner and head Chef at M R Catering. I love the kitchen. Its my haven and definatley the best room in anyones house. The sights, the smells, the sounds, the all round buzz. The satisfaction you get from creating your own master piece. The love of cooking new and innovative dishes. That extra bit of flavour you add, the extra bit of flair that your dish gives. I am passionate about what I do, I only cook with fresh ingredients, I will source the best for you, from meats to kaffir leaves, everything that is put out to my customers gets the gold stamp of approval by me.
My name is Rachel. It is my job to ensure the smooth running of the business from the inside. I form the relationships with our key suppliers like our award winning fishmonger in Forest Row, to making sure our food waste is not sent to landfill but turned into green energy. I'm responsible for health and saftey, due dilligence and our back office reports. I endevour to keep our high standards like our 5 star food hygiene rating by the FSA.
